Nordstrom family will take retailer private in $4 bln deal 

Reuters was more than a minute ahead in reporting that Nordstrom would be acquired by its founding family and Mexican retailer El Puerto de Liverpool in a deal with an enterprise value of $6.25 billion, including debt.
