Paramount makes $108.4 billion hostile bid for Warner Bros Discovery

Reuters was first to report that Paramount Skydance had launched a hostile bid worth $108.4 billion for Warner Bros Discovery in an attempt to scupper the Hollywood studio’s deal with Netflix.
