ITV, RedBird IMI in early-stage talks to merge production businesses, sources say

ITV shares rose 3.4% after Reuters exclusively reported that the UK’s biggest commercial broadcaster and streamer ITV had been in early stage talks with Abu-Dhabi backed fund Redbird IMI, which owns the producer of “The Traitors,” about a merger of their production businesses.
