Amazon to invest up to $25 billion in Anthropic as part of $100 billion cloud deal

Reuters beat competition when Amazon and Anthropic announced an expanded agreement that would see the AI startup spend over $100 billion on Amazon’s cloud services over the next decade. Amazon shares rose about 3% in extended trading.
